Shipping & Processing

At Rugged Raccoon we process orders in the manner of which they are received.   Orders may take 3 to 10 business days to process.

 

We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers or incorrect shipping information provided at checkout.

RETURN AND REFUND POLICY

We want you to be thrilled with your purchase from Rugged Raccoon. If for any reason you are dissatisfied, our return and refund policy is straightforward. We aim to provide clear guidance on the process for returns and refunds, ensuring that you can shop with peace of mind.

At Rugged Raccoon, each garment is made specifically for you. Because our products are custom-produced upon order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for reasons such as incorrect size selection, buyer’s remorse, or preference changes.

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged, misprinted, or defective, we’ll make it right.

You must contact us within 7 days of delivery

Please include:

Your order number

A clear photo of the issue

Once approved, we will issue a replacement or refund at no cost to you.

Incorrect Orders

If you receive the wrong item due to an error on our end, we will replace it promptly.

Final Sale Items

All sale, clearance, or promotional items are final sale and not eligible for returns or exchanges.
